Pudding sweethearts cheer! Here's one of the simplest, silkiest, most extravagant and most tasty vegetarian chocolate pudding plans ever!

OK, the exaggeration is somewhat thick today, yet man, this five fixing crude vegetarian chocolate pudding is pretty cracking marvelous!

I ate spoonful after spoonful of this smooth pudding while I was attempting to consider approaches to enhance it, yet I was unable to consider whatever would improve it. It was so straightforward and great, similarly as I recalled chocolate pudding from my youth. Just this formula isn't anyplace close to the equivalent. This one is SO a lot more beneficial.

Rather than a substantial cream cholesterol bomb, this crude chocolate pudding is made with cashews, almond milk, a little sugar, vanilla, and a touch of ocean salt for good measure. Goodness, and there's cocoa in it, since, it wouldn't be chocolate pudding without that little fixing.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of raw cashews – soaked in water for at least three hours
  • 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • A pinch of ground sea salt
  • ½ to ¾ cups of almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions :

  1. When the cashews are plump and squishy, drain the water and rinse them. Put them in a high powered blender along with the vanilla, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and a half of a cup of almond milk. I have a Blendtec blender and I used the “soup” setting in the “whole foods” section. Blend the ingredients until they’re thick and creamy. If you need to add more milk add it by the tablespoon so it doesn’t become watery. Scrape the sides so you don’t get any pieces of nuts in the pudding. You want it to be perfectly smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  3. Enjoy!
