Patatas Bravas is a delectable Spanish potato tapas dish that is excessively easy to make.
3D squares of fresh singed potato are served blended into a rich smoky spiced paprika seasoned tomato sauce with a liberal dissipating of hacked level leaf parsley.
This tapas dish is so very moreish you'll battle strolling past it without delving in!
Patatas bravas is acceptable filled in as a major aspect of a tapas spread or just all alone as a touch of something to snack with dried up bread and beverages.

- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red chilli
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1kg new potatoes
- pinch sea salt
- pinch black pepper
- small bunch flat leaf parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add a tbs olive oil to a saucepan and gently fry the chopped onion, garlic and chillies until sofened.
- Add the tinned tomatoes, smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer the sauce with the lid off whilst you cook the potatoes.
- Peel and dice the potatoes, boil them in water until just tender and then drain well.
- Add a tbs of olive oil to a non stick frying pan and fry the potato cubes until browning all over.
- Remove the potatoes from the pan with a slotted spoon and stir gently into the tomato sauce.
- Tip the potatoes into a serving dish and scatter over the chopped flat leaf parsley.
