In my general vicinity of the nation, the mid year has been battling with high temps – as high as 120, and albeit dry, a serious test to live with.
It's too hot to even consider playing outside… so kids are attempting to discover things to keep themselves occupied inside – however regardless of what is on the plan, it incorporates drinking parcels and bunches of fluids. Ideally fluids that won't imperil your wellbeing (disapprove of pop, espresso and other sugary beverages). This new cucumber melon water possesses all the necessary qualities!
We as of late took off on a sporadic outing away and needed to guarantee we spent our produce before we left – in no way like returning to yucky cucumbers in the ice chest that could have been exceptional utilized – right?!
This is one of our preferred approaches to utilize them rapidly and effectively – it doesn't require since quite a while ago, convoluted advances and the children love the difference in pace from the plain ol'water that they are accustomed to being advised to drink.

Instructions :
- Take the cucumber and melon and add to your blender. Fill the blender halfway with water and puree until combined. (If using mint, add at this time to puree with the melon and cucumber).
- Push the puree through a strainer into a 2 qt jug - making sure to use the back of a spoon. (Don't throw the puree that's remaining! It makes a wonderful body scrub when combined with sugar.)
