A spiked cherry coke gets ghoulish with these vodka jello shots. A layer of grenadine beat with coke leaves everybody feeling like they just got a vampire's kiss. These shots are straightforward, dazzling, and constantly a gathering most loved for Halloween beverages and mixed drinks!

INGREDIENTS

Red Layer:

• 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, equivalent to 1 envelope
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1/4 cup grenadine
• 1/4 cup vodka

Brown Layer:

• 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, equivalent to 1 envelope
• 1/4 cup cold cola
• 1/2 cup cola, heated to boiling
• 1/2 cup vodka

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all 12 plastic cups on a baking sheet or on your serving plate, for easy transport. Leave the lids off the cups.

Red Layer:

1. Place gelatin in a medium mixing bowl and pour cold water over the top. Stir and let sit for 2 minutes.
2. Once the gelatin has completely absorbed into the cold water, pour the boiling water over the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.
3. Add the grenadine and vodka. Whisk to combine.
4. Pour the grenadine mixture into the plastic cups, filling them about halfway full each.
5. Refrigerate for 45 mins to 1 hour, or until the jello is set.
