Thick and smooth Pineapple Frosting with modest bits of pineapple dotted all through will make every one of your cakes and cupcakes taste astonishing! This is one icing that will be a colossal hit with every single individual who attempts it.

I'm continually searching for better approaches to energize buttercream. I did that with this coconut buttercream icing and you cherished it to such an extent. It has stayed in my best 10 plans over the previous year and it doesn't resemble it will drop out of that at any point in the near future.

All things considered, I'm trusting you will adore the present icing the same amount of. It's velvety, rich, and stacked with pineapple bits. It would be astonishing on the pineapple cupcakes or as a filling for this coconut cake.

The present icing is simply my fundamental vanilla buttercream with the expansion of pineapple puree. It's light, vaporous, and skims directly over the tongue.

  • 16 ounces (468 grams) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups (452 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6-8 cups (720-960 grams) confectioners’ sugar
