GREEN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE #drink #vegan #smoothie #sangria #summer

I've been set for make a green smoothie that doesn't taste… well, green. Trust me, I'm not one to eat something for the nourishing advantages alone. It needs to taste great as well.

To make it harder on myself, I was resolved on utilizing spirulina (as it's such a phenomenal wellspring of protein and dietary goodness) yet it has a somewhat solid green taste.

I've discovered the most ideal approach to camouflage it is to utilize a much more grounded however tasty flavor, for example, new, crude ginger!

Combined with the sweetness of mango and apples, the ginger includes a tasty "punch" to this smoothie.

Alongside the spirulina, this smoothie contains hemp protein powder – only a tablespoon for a protein and fiber lift and some chia seeds, which includes protein, fiber and omega 3 but at the same time is an extraordinary method to help thicken smoothies.
