Garlic Butter Sauteed Clams - Skillet shellfishes with heaps of garlic margarine, white wine and parsley. The most straightforward sauteed shellfishes formula ever, 15 mins to make!

In my reality, summer implies sun, sand, water, fish and BBQ. You don't do equity to mid year in case you're not in the water (be it pool or the sea), eating some fish or BBQ, and have a beverage or two.

Summer is the best time to appreciate the abundance of the ocean, for example, shellfishes.

This garlic spread sauteed shellfishes are motivated by my ongoing travel to Italy. Each café I went to, there is a segment of the menu devoted to fish, and sauteed shellfish is consistently on the rundown.

As the name recommends, the shellfishes are cooked with a mix of garlic, margarine, olive oil, parsley, with lemon juice. It's extremely straightforward yet completely delightful.
